Drop in Breathwork Classes | Day & Weekend Retreats | Somatic Movement Pop Ups
I deeply advocate and believe in the power of retreat. Often we need a different environment to heal and to be able to see. I run an immersive weekend retreat in the magical lands of Donegal.
I also work with brands and festivals to integrate wellness and selfcare with immersive experiences. I have worked at events like Electric Picnic and WellFest and have collaborated with brands such as Bushmills, Smart Communications, Elle Magazine for wellness events.

Breathwork is the most transformational tool for healing, health and connection to self.
You have the same magic in you as plants. There is a theory DMT is activated through conscious breathing which explains why people can have psychedelic experiences purely by breathing.

Somatics is the practice of body mind connection and helps you clearly observe your internal self, and listen to messages of your body.
Your body is the most intelligent design always working to be in balance. When we feel + connect into the body we deepen our ability to heal. A lot of suffering in our world such as depression and addiction is due to the imbalance of time in mind versus body.
It is a bottom up approach where you focus on the body to heal the mind.

Emotions intelligence is the next step in our evolution. Our emotions are wise messengers that involuntary occur to guide us.
