Refund and Cancellation Policy

Carla McGreevy is an IPHM-accredited practitioner and training provider. This policy applies to all services booked through carlamcgreevy.com, including 1:1 sessions, group classes and workshops, and multi-week courses and trainings (such as the 20-Hour Breathwork & Somatics Training).

1:1 Sessions

• Reschedule or cancel free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice.

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable, but may be rebooked once at my discretion.

• No-shows (not attending, without notice) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Group Classes and Workshops

• Bookings are non-refundable and dates non-transferable once made. You can of course sell your space or gift to someone.

Multi-Week Courses and Trainings

• Course and training fees are non-refundable once booked. This reflects that your place has been held and prepared for, and cannot generally be resold at short notice.

Exceptional Circumstances

If you're unable to attend due to a genuine emergency, bereavement, or serious illness, please get in touch. These situations are considered individually and outside the standard terms above, at my discretion.

How to Request a Refund

Email carla@carlamcgreevy.com with your name, booking details, and reason for cancellation. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, back to your original payment method.

IPHM Accreditation

As an IPHM-accredited training provider, I maintain this policy in line with IPHM's standards for training providers. If you have a concern about how a refund request has been handled, please also see my Complaints Policy.
