The world has changed so much but what hasn’t caught up? The female psychological infrastructure. We still feel similar physical and emotional responses to that which our mothers or grandmothers would have felt navigating our lives today. Which is why we find it hard to put ourselves first, and have firm protective boundaries.

What we need to do? Pause regularly and check what is old conditioning and what is your truth. Teach our bodies that it is safe to do things, the women before us never could through movement and the breath. The body communicates 80/20 to the brain, that's why a bottom up approach works best, why the body and breath are the vehicles to change.

Our early years create the foundation for our life. The core wounds we experienced early on and the beliefs that we hold based on those wounds are the source of our current struggles and the resistance we meet today. Identifying and tending to those wounds provides the relief you’re so desperately seeking

How 1:1 breathwork and somatic coaching works…

  • We’ll connect online via zoom. Our calls can cover an array of topics, often including somatic movement practices. London-based clients have the option for in-person sessions.

  • Together we’ll clarify the resistance you are experiencing, and the underlying fear asking for attention. The resistance is the doorway to what you seek. We’ll explore how to work with that resistance, get clear on who you’re becoming - who you want to be and uncover your passions, aspirations, goals and dreams.

  • You’ll come away with the ability to trust your body and breath, and to be able resource yourself in any storm. You’ll get to know yourself more deeply, to know what you truly want and how to actualise it.

For those ready for profound change, a 3 month commitment provides comprehensive support regular online coaching sessions, exclusive access to my resource library of breathworks and movement practices, access to anything else I teach during our time together. This option allows us to work more systematically with patterns in your body and breath, creating meaningful shifts in how you navigate your world.

Why Me?

Because I get it. I was resistant to all of this for YEARS.

I had built a successful corporate career. But I did not have it all figured out. I was addicted to being busy - probably the busiest person you ever met. 

I was prescribed yoga and meditation by my therapist after being diagnosed with CPTSD at 27. But I was trying so hard that I couldn't tell my arm from my leg.
I was addicted to exercise but was convinced my therapist was trying to make me fat when she suggested I give up training.

My worst fear? Being still and silent.
My first response to yoga? Looking like a 60-year-old rugby player trying to touch their toes.
My reaction to meditation? Holding my breath so much that I ended up passing out.

But something kept me showing up.
And eventually, I learned that the very resistance to turning inwards and slowing down that I fought against was actually the key to everything I was seeking- love, passions, connection.

I just help you find them.
