This course is the creation of a decade of study and 8 years of working with women in these deep immersions. Carla has helped 100s of women, really change their lives by truly learning to love themselves, all their parts. From changing careers, cities, finding their passions to meeting someone, each woman life is changed after this course, as the act of attending to your body and breath is so powerful.

This course is deep, transformative work that gets to the root of what's really going on.

By end of 4 weeks you will: Identify your patterns of how you resist yourself, your healing, your own love. Learn to truly love yourself and know your worth.

How? Here’s what’s involved…

  • 22 Live Practice Sessions

    Understanding healing is one part to help commitment. The real healing happens in the lived experience. Experience somatic movement, breathwork, mantra, affirmations, visualisations and observe to uncover the wisdom your body holds.
    Live on Zoom, 30 minutes Mon-Fri - a mixture of mornings and evenings. Recordings available if times clash with your schedule.

  • 5 Education Sessions

    We’ll have weekly calls with the group to help you understand the psychology and somatic psychology of your body through the mediums of: body-mind centering, internal family systems, compassionate inquiry, yoga philosophy and tantra philosophy. Understand the resistance you feel, what it serves and why - so that you can implement the change you desire. These are education sessions to understand the philosophy and science of why this all works which supports your motivation and commitment to the sessions.

  • Supportive Community

    You won’t be in this alone. The power of healing lies in being community, nothing survives in isolation.

    Connect with other likeminded women going through similar struggles as you. Share in our closed Ocean Healing group, ask questions and access any short video tutorials I’ll create based on different themes that arise amongst the group. This is the most powerful element of this course.

Week 1: Understand Your Resistance to Self

  • Explore why you resist healing (and why that's useful information)

  • Identifying childhood experiences to understand patterns throughout your life

  • Uncover when you first met the emotions you're struggling with today

  • Start shifting focus from others back to yourself

Week 2: Identify Untrue Core Beliefs and identify emotions present

  • Expose the untrue stories you're telling yourself - in your unconscious

  • How the same core belief shows up in relationships, work and how you care for yourself

  • Start the process of connecting and accepting truth and transforming the energy of these untrue core beliefs.

Week 3: Learn to identify your needs + communicate them

  • Learn to stay, to identify the emotion present

  • Explore your relationship with your parents and how it shapes your emotional processing + intelligence

Why Me?

Because I get it. I was resistant to all of this for YEARS.

I had built a successful corporate career in alcohol industry. I was addicted to being busy - always multitasking, every second of the day filled. 

I was prescribed yoga and meditation by my therapist after being diagnosed with CPTSD at 27. I was so disconnected from my body I couldn't tell my arm from my leg.
I was addicted to exercise and was convinced my therapist was trying to make me fat when she suggested I give up training.

I would rather have died, that been still and silent.
My first response to yoga? Looking like a professional rugby player trying to touch their toes.
My reaction to meditation? Holding my breath so much that I ended up passing out.

Something kept me showing up.
Every so often I would feel tingles, pleasure, waves of love- our true nature. At our core we our BEings of love, but carrying too much traumatic energy disconnect us from our innate care system.

I help women like you who are:

  • have a bratty resistance to healing (my specialty)

It sounds like an awful lot of work, what if I’m too busy?

If you’re busy now, keeping yourself busy isn’t going to change anything. One of the most profound things you can do for yourself is carve out some space to slow down. Why can you commit to work but not to learning about yourself? If you can't commit to yourself, how will you be able to commit to another?

I don’t like the idea of being vulnerable in front of a group. Do I have to share?

There is incredible power in the experience of being witnessed by others. We create a closed, safe space and sharing is highly encouraged but not mandatory. The more you can allow yourself to open up, the more benefits you’ll experience. But we never want anyone to feel uncomfortable.

I’m afraid I’ll join and then never show up. What’s the commitment?

Embedding supportive practices as part of your daily life gets so much easier once you have received and experienced their many benefits. Getting started is the hardest part. There is a high level of accountability involved. I am totally immersed with you all for the month and will be by your side for encouragement, support and to navigate challenges with you.
The weekly commitment is five 30 min practices, one education session and one 1:1 call along with any time you spend engaging with the community and me in our closed Facebook group. The course lasts 4 weeks.

How much 1:1 support is included?

You will receive three 1:1 60 minute calls with me. You’ll be provided a booking link so you can choose a time that best suits you. The 1:1 support can be spaced out as you see fit. I recommend one just before/at the start of the month, one during and the final one towards the end/just after finishing.

What if I can’t attend early morning sessions?

I appreciate that not everyone is an early bird. I do really believe in the power of a morning practice which sets you up for the day. I’d encourage everyone to do their best to attend live if possible but I totally understand that other commitments might clash. Recordings of each session are made available within 24 hours of the call (usually much less) so that you can partake.
